What is your Doll Worth?

Condition of Your Doll?

Mint There are only about 10-15% of the older dolls for sale that actually fit the definition of this word.  Mint means that the doll should look exactly like it did when it left the factory.
bulletClothing should have a "crisp" feeling - never washed or dry cleaned or ironed
bulletFace coloring should be bright and fresh
bulletHair (wig or rooted hair) should be undisturbed and in original set
bulletComplete outfit on correct doll with tags on clothing intact

Things that would add more value to a mint doll -
bulletoriginal box
bulletwrist tag
bulletcatalog
bulletany accessory that was sold with the doll

The doll should look like it has never been handled!  Also the doll must not have a "replaced" anything.

Mint is probably the most Overused word by doll sellers.

Excellent Excellent and Mint are not the same things -
An excellent doll would have everything original - but would not have the extra crispness of a never handled doll.
